Neal Howard Ltd was established in 2014 as a business consultancy company that specialises in social enterprises and the community sector. We focus on the delivery of both in-house and external training, facilitation of strategic planning sessions and coaching of CEOs and finance staff.
Our consultancy has considerable expertise in delivering training on a wide range of topics such as charity and social enterprise accounting, finance, management reporting, budgeting in times of uncertainty, full cost recovery, community assets, and capital projects. We deliver to board members, funders, finance and other staff and can also develop bespoke courses (in person or online) for your needs.
